ChtapodokeftedesIngredients:
1 kilo octopus
200gr grated rusk
1 skein of parsley chopped
1 skein of dill chopped
2 dried onions middle chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 leek chopped
1 1 / 2 cup of flour
Oil, salt, pepper
Preparation:
Wash the octopus, boil it till it gets soft and than you put it in the mincer. Put in a bowl all the materials. Put salt & pepper. You work well the mixture and you mold it into balls. In a plate you put the flower. In a pan you put the oil to get hot. You flour the Octopus-balls. Fry softly at both sides.
